How we charge: 

1. Free: if no issue identified or we cannot fix it (courier fee on customer's expense); 
2. $60: initial diagnosis+quotation if issue identified. What customers get: customers would know the issues identified causing the machine failure and corresponding solutions also provided. This process would take 1-2 hours. The machine could be fixed already at this stage; 
3. Quotation dependent on specific situations: When issues identified, if any part needs to be replaced and/or further service time required, we would give the customer a quotation of the part cost and/or further service fee before going any further.
