Clog-free & Bubble-Free & Less-tangle: Full mechanical winding and strict manual examination ensure tangling free and avoid filament breaking and snapping. eSUN Carbon Fiber Filled Nylon filament is orderly wrapped, melt well, feed smoothly and constantly without clogging the nozzle or extruder. It does not overlap or tangle, no cracking.
Wide Application: Compatible with most of FDM 3D Printers that use 1.75MM filament and suitable for making both strong and flexible industrial parts, prosthetics, medical equipment and complex costumes etc. Recommend Carbon Fiber Nylon filament extrusion / Nozzle temperature 260℃-290℃, bed 45℃-60℃.Due to its unique attribute of abrasiveness, we recommend to use a 0.6mm or larger stainless steel nozzle instead of regular soft metal nozzles.

Notes:
1.Dry the filaments (70℃/> 12h) before printing to achieve the best printing effect.It is recommended to use them together with eBOX when printing.
2.ePA-CF filament has strong rigidity and is not easy to bend. In the feeding pipeline, excessive bending of filament should be avoided as much as possible.
3.ePA-CF is very easy to grind nozzles and extruder gears. It is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles or ruby nozzles. If possible, hardened steel extruder gears can be selected. If the printing time is long, the blockage will occur and the throat and nozzle need to be replaced.
4. It is suggested to set skirt edge to better take the model from the forming bottom plate.
